We currently ship to the United States and Taiwan via DHL Express.

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

Estimated delivery usually takes 3–5 business days from the shipment date. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local regulations, and carrier conditions. Some areas may not be eligible for delivery.

Any applicable customs duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, if required for your order.

Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted for eligible items. Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged after receiving your order, and in their original condition and packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the item, outer packaging, and shipping label.
