Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship internationally via DHL Express. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• United States: 3–5 business days — Free shipping on orders over USD 100
• Taiwan: 2–5 business days — Free shipping on orders over USD 69

Orders below the free shipping threshold will be charged a shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local regulations, or events outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes All applicable customs duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means there are no additional charges upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the final amount — no surprise fees.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the DHL Express website.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@saengong.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, outer packaging, and shipping label so we can review your request.
